(Received December 2, at 11.30 a.m.Y Speaking in the House of Commons debate on medical services in civil defence, the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Health described the plans for expansion on a great scale in war time. At the outbreak of war the best place for a doctor would be with his own patients, thereafter he would be directed where the need was greatest.
