L. llsley) states that papers produced by a Canadian plane manufacturer covering the fexport of 34 machines for Turkey on urder at the plants were properly documented when shipped. Departmental officials revealed that the engines were Inanufactured in the United States and shipped into Canada for assembling recently. Turkey disavowed all knowledge of the shipment, and the planes Were traced to Loyalist Spain.
