ASSOCIATION'S ANNUAL MEETING The annual meeting of the Dunedin and Suburban Grocers* Picnic Assch ciation was held on Thursday, Mr E, Baines presiding. , Mr C. Fraser moved the adoption of the balance sheet and congratulated the committee on the successful picnic held in March last. It was decided to hold the picnic next. year on Anniversary Day, March 23., The election of office-bearers resulted:—President, Mr 6. Edward j vice-presidents—Messrs S. Snow and G, H. Baines; secretary, Mr S. R. Inglisj treasurer, Mr S. Snow; committee—* Messrs 0. Fraser, W. Christie, G* \ Clark, A. Edgar, W. Rennick, E* Baines, F. Brown; auditors, Messrs B. Backholme and A. Edgar ; trustees, Messrs A. Mong and A.-Wright; handicapper, Mr C. Fraser; starter, Mr Wj Rennick.
A vote of thanks was to the retiring president.
