PREPARATIONS IN FINLAND Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright HELSINGFORS, July 20. (Received July 21, at 12.5 p.m.) The municipality has agreed to arrange the Olympiad. Government support guarantees that the stadium, now accommodating 22,000, will be enlarged to hold 52,000. A swimming pool will also be built.
