GALLING UP OF RESERVES GERMANY BLAMES BRITISH SECRET SERVICE Pres* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BERLIN, June 2. (Received June 3, at 8 a.m.) The official news agency declares that the British Secret Service was responsible for the calling up_ of the Czech reserves during the crisis, and alleges that the Government was informed that the Secret Service had information of German troop_ movements on the frontier, resulting in State alarm.
