GOOD TEMPLARY
The meeting of the Rescue Lodge, No. 105,'; International 1 ; Ordef ?of Good Templars, was held in the - Oddfellows’ Hall, King Edward on Tuesday evening, when Bro/- -W. ■''}.■ ?M*Ourdy (Chief Templar) presided. An. invitation to , attend its next, meeting was received from All Nations Lodge, Port Chalmers, and correspondence in reference to the publication of a Dominion fuide was received from Bro. J. Cuthert, Wellington. Reference was made to the passing of Sister Mrs if. Brown, late of All Nations Lodge, and a vote of sympathy with the relatives was carried by members standing in silence. It was reported that Sister G. Beath, P.G.C., and Sister Telfer, of All Nations , were both laid aside through sickness, and the secretary was instructed to convey sympathy with and best wishes for recovery. It was decided to revive the social fund. All .members contributed, and it was announced that a donation had already been received and a further donation promised to this fund. Greetings were received from Pride of Roskill Lodge, Bro. Chadderton, G.S.E.W.. and Bro. F. Pace, G.S.J.W., of Auckland, and Bro.- D. C. Cameron. Solos were rendered by Master V. Beazlewood, which were much appreciated by the members.
