COMPLETE AGREEMENT REACHED [Pee United Press Associattok.l WELLINGTON, March .21. A complete agreement was reached to-day in Conciliation Council in the cooks and stewards’ dispute with the various coastal shipping companies of both islands. The agreement will go to the Court of Arbitration to bo mad# into an award.
