INK THROWN AT CINEMA PORTRAIT INDIGNATION IN SOUTH AFRICA Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CAPE TOWN, February 28, (Received March 1, at 10 a.m.) The anthem controversy has taken a new phase. While ‘God Save the King ’ was being .played in a Pretoria cinema, two ink-filled receptacles were flung at the King’s portrait exhibited on the screen, over which the ink splashed. The news of this insult to the King has aroused considerable indignation.
