WHARE FLAT.
TO THE EDITOR. f Sir, —“ Fresh Air ”is under a false impression when he says -.that the largest part of Whare Flat valley belongs to the City Council. From the Black Bridge to the concrete crossing is private property, and has never belonged to the City Council. The property is not open to the public, and anyone found trespassing is liable to prosecution. I waited for the City Council to reply to correct “Fresh Air,” hence my delay in writing.—l am, etc. _ _ February 25. D- Leishman.
