SALESMAN’S OFFENCES
REFORMATIVE DETENTION [Pia United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, February 11. A sentence of reformative detention not exceeding two yejrs and a-hali was imposed in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Blair on Hannath Noel Blake Marshall, aged 36, a salesman, who was found guilty on four charges of forgery, four of uttering, and eight of obtaining cheques by false pretences from the New Zealand Guarantee Corporation Ltd., in his capacity as secretary and director of National Motors Ltd.
