BROTHER DISOBEYED
A fisherman was fined £lO at Aberdeen recently for neglecting to obey the orders of the skipper—his own brother. Andrew Baxter, of the trawler Confederate, pleaded guilty to neglecting to awaken his brother, as ordered, off the Buchness light. As a result the ship went on the rocks, the crew’s lives were endangered, and £6OO worth of damage was done.
