They were also charged with inciting dockyard employees to commit a breach of the Official Secrets Act. Delia stated that the Italian Consul asked him to obtain secret information with regard to the dockyard and the Navy./ Uo refused, but got in touch with a dockyard employee through Flores. .Both later refused to continue their inquiries.
