RELATIONS WITH ENGLAND (British Official Wireless.), Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, February 25. (Received February 26, at 1 p.m.) Asked if, following on the recent success of the coal and cattle negotiations with the Irish Free State, he would now set on foot negotiations for settling all the outstanding economic disputes between the two countries, Mr Malcolm MacDonald (the Dominions Secretary) sqid that he had that aspect of the matter in mind. The Government in the United Kingdom would not . fail to take advantage of any opportunity for improving relations with the Irish Free State.
