IMPORTANT CONFERENCE PLANNED [Per UmtKD Press Association.] WELLINGTON, January 28. An important conference of tourist interests-is^-'to be opened in Auckland on Tuesday next by the Minister in Charge of the Tourist and Publicity Department (Mr F. Langstone).' It will be held under the auspices of the New -Zealand Tourist League, and representatives of all organisations actively interested in the various phases of tourist traffic are to be present at the conference, Many matters of current importance will be submitted to the conference by local bodies and organisations associated directly or indirectly with tourist traffic.
