Bertram Anderson, tho second of the two youths who escaped from the Palmerston North lock-np on December 8' while awaiting trial, was recap, tured at Sandon yesterday, being identified on the highway by a city resident. The accused appeared in court this morning on a charge of escaping from custody, and was remanded till Saturday. ■
