LITTLE THEATRE SOCIETY

PLAYS AND BALLETS Barely, if over, in the history .of amateur stagecraft in Dunedin has so much interest been evinced as is being shown in connection with the Little Theatre Society’s initial bow to theatregoers in the Town Hall Concert Chamber to-morrow night. That the society has quickly grasped the opportunity made available at the recent Drama Festival is evidenced by its enterprise in giving the public the chance of witnessing the three winning onenet plays. The price of admission is also a special feature of the forthcoming charity concert. Mr Stan Lawson and company of talented artists must be commended for having agreed to present ballots and other numbers at short notice. There are no reserves, and the doors will bo open at 7.15.
