NOTE OF PROTEST TREATMENT OF CATHOLICS Pre»s AsEociation —By Telegraph—Copyright VATICAN CITY, July 17. The Vatican has sent a Note to the German Government protesting against breaches of the recently-signed concordat. It is understood that the protest was based on the attitude adopted towards Homan Catholics in Germany, especially the forcing of Catholics to submit to the sterilisation laws.
