(Received July 18, at 1.30 p.m.) A lack of harmony among the hosts of / the British legionaries was again manifested when the Government cancelled the programme drawn up by the Stahlhelm leaders in conjunction with the British Legion and residents of Cologne. A new programme of functions was prepared by the Cologne Nazis. The Stahlhelmers refused to participate, and will not be officially represented at the reception to the visitors in the Rhineland.
