The fortnightly meeting of Court Excelsior, No. 6,128, A.0.F., was held on July 16. The C.R., Bro. C. W, Patton, presided over a good attendance of officers and members. The woodwards reported on the sick brethren visited during the fortnight. . The .invitation to Court Bruce’s annual ball at Milton was accepted, the _ two complimentary tickets being left in J.W. Bro. R. S. Bremner’s hands for disposal. C.T. Bro. J. S. C, M'Minn reminded members of the juvenile meeting on the 18th and expressed the hope that he would see a good muster of members. Court Auditor P.C.R. Bro. S. Wood read out the half-yearly balance sheet and auditor’s report, and the court secretary, P.C.R. Bro. E. J. 1 Patton, explained the various items more fully. At the close of the meeting the officers and members spent an enjoyable social hour playing off the fourth round for the Thomson Cup.,
