MRS MILLER HAS FORCED LANDING LONDON, February 3. (Received February 4, at 1.30 a.m.) Mrs Keith Miller, who is on a “ commercial traveller’s flight ” to Cape Town, left Niamey (French West Africa) for Cotonou and encountered smoke from bushfires. Her pe'.rol was exhausted, and she was forced to land at Calavi. Swerving to avoid some natives she collided with a tree and broke the back of her machine beyond local repair. Mrs Miller was uninjured, and is bitterly disappointed.
