COMPLICATED SITUATION CHARGES OF GRAFT AND CORRUPTION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, September 12. A New Orleans message states that Mr Huey P. Long, who is already virtually dictator of the State of Louisiana through the action of the Legislature, extended his control over the _ city of New- Orleans on Tuesday by virtue of the victory of his candidates in the State primary election over those of the mayor, Mr T. Semmes Walmsley. The campaign has been bizarre, with Mr Long supported in various movements by National Guard troops, while the mayor used the city forces. Mr Long intends to press the investigation of his charges of graft and corruption in city administration with the purpose of ousting Mr Walmsley.
