PROGRAMME FOR CELEBRATIONS Pratt Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, LONDON, Julv 26. ' The Cabinet has approved of the pro. gramme for the celebration of the jubilee of the' King’s accession. A general hojiday will be proclaimed on May 6, the actual day of accession; on which children will be specially entertained. Their Majesties will attend the thanksgiving service at St. ; Paul’s. A naval review will be included in the programme. The Prime Ministers of the dominions will be present, and it is in* tended to make the occasion an Empire family celebration
