ARRANGEMENTS IN TRAIN Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, May 15. The arrangements for celebrating the King’s silver jubilee are in the hands of a special committee, including members of the Cabinet, court officials, and representatives of the dominion Governments. The festivities will probably last for some weeks. The Boy Scouts propose : to build a ring of bonfires stretching round the Empire.
