THREE NOMINATIONS RECEIVED S Three nominations have been received for the by-election for a seat on the St. Kilda Borough Council, rendered vacant by the resignation of Cr Hartley. They are as follows: — EDWIN LONGWORTH (Nominated by John Sheppard and William Jacobsen). ALEXANDER JOHN MORISON (Nominated by A. H. S. Mathie and H. H. Gaston). WILLIAM ROBERT SELLAR (Nominated by James William Dove and Norman Douglas Anderson). A poll will bo taken on May 29.
