RED GROSS GARDEN FETE

As advertised in this issue a garden fete, under the auspices of the Red Cfoss Society, will be held in the Montecillo Home grounds to-morrow afternoon. The function will be formally opened by the Rev. Allen Stevely at 2.30. The main object of the fete is to give the soldier patients an extra opportunity of disposing of samples of their handiwork. Music will be supplied by the Band of the Ist Batallion and the M'Glashan College Pipe Baud, and afternoon tea will be available at a moderate charge. The home grounds are looking most attractive, and will make an ideal setting for the fete.
