FURTHER REDUCTIONS OPPOSED Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 15. (Received November 16, at 1.55 p.m.) The National Citizens’ Union meeting adopted Admiral Ommanney’s resolution urging no further naval reductions either by Britain or the dominions unless the other nations reduced by the same percentage that the Empire had already carried out. It also advocated the immediate building of the Navy to the full strength permitted. to London Treaty.
