PROTEST AGAINST FRENCH “ INVASION ” SECRET MEETING OF COUNCIL HELD Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. BARCELONA, August 30. (Received August 31, at 10 a.m.) A secret meeting of the Council General of Andorra was held at Barcelona because the French police prohibited it being held in Andorra. It was decided to protest to the League of Nations denouncing the French “ invasion ’■ of Andorra as a breach of the Kellogg Pact.
