The smallest locomotive in the world is lin in length, is driven by an electric motor weighing ioz, pulls a load of ] ]oz, and will pass through an ordinary finger ring with Tin to spare. It was one of the exhibits at the recent Alodol Engineering Exhibition in London. It was made by Air Leonard R. Beale, of Hampstead.
