(Received November 8, at 8.40 a.m.) The ‘ Daily Telegraph,’ commenting on tho continued boom in cables and wireless shares, says that it is due to the growing belief that the Communications Company will be allowed to make a moderate increase in the rates for outward messages as compensation for the depreciation in sterling.
