(Received September 10, at 12.30 p.m.)] President Hindenhurg has decided to hear on Tuesday in Herr Von Papen’s presence, the views of the Nazis, the Catholics, and the Bavarian People’s Party on the prospects of a composite Government. It is therefore expected that the Reichstag on Tuesday; will adjourn immediately after Herr Von Papen’s policy speech to await the outcome of the leaders’ interview with the President.
