FIRE AT AUCKLAND

INCENDIARISM SUSPECTED [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, April 17. A fire which the police believe was deliberately started occurred in the yards of the Kauri Timber Company at Freeman’s Bay last night just after 8 o’clock. Fortunately there was no wind, and the flames were suppressed before great damage was done. The yards were filled with thousands of pounds’ worth of timber, and other timber yards adjoin.
