REOPEN AFTER NINE MONTHS BUSINESS VERY SLACK. Pre s Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, BERLIN, April 12. (Received April Id, at 10.15 a.m.) All the German stock exchanges have reopened after the nine months’ closure. Business was very meagre. The public were disinclined to invest in securities, which have fallen anything between 20 and 80 per cent, since July.
