COOKE.—On January 22nd, 1932, at Queenstown, Jean Laird, third daughter of the late John and Jean Cooke, Maitland street. Private interment at Dunedin.— Hope and Kinaston, undertakers. HAYWARD.—On January 21, 1932, at Dunedin, Charles’ Henry, loved husband of Laura M. Hayward, and eldest son of the late Captain C. E. and Mrs Hayward, Owaka; aged 68 years. “Peace, perfect peace.”—The Funeral will leave 614 Castle street To-morrow (Saturday), the 23rd inst., at 2.30 p.m. —Hope and Kinaston, undertakers. SMITH.—On January 20th, 1932 (accidentally drowned, Waitaki Hydro), Peter Paterson (wee Sandy), only child of Peter and Gladys Smith, 21 John street, Caversham.—The Funeral will leave above address on Saturday, the 23rd inst., at 2.30 p.m., for Anderson’s Bay Cemetery. “ Safe in the arms of Jesus.”
