MACAROON TARTS 4 oz Fether-Flake, 2 stiffly beaten whites of eggs, 4oz sugar, 2oz dessicated cocoanut. Essence of lemon. Jam. Roll Fether-Flake thin, cut in rounds and line patty pans. Put spoonful of jam in each, then spoonful of mixture. Bake in good over about 15 minutes. SAUSAGE ROLLS Roll Fether-Flake to Jin thickness. Cut in squares. Place portipn of skinned sausage (or sausage meat) on each, fold over and press edge. Leave ends open. Bake 20 minutes in good oven. JAM TARTS Roll out Fether-Flake thin. Cut in rounds and line patty pahs. Put spoonful of jam in each and bake in good oven about 15 minutes. Fether-Flake is a boon for the busy—Just roll and bake.
