Signor Giovanni Stella’s choir and Signora Martinelli-lleggiardo’s octet concluded this year’s combined work with a broadcast performance from 4YA on Sunday evening last, after which Mr and Mrs Ferens, of York place, entertained the members of the choir and orchestra at supper at their residence. The exchange of seasonal greetings and musical honours to the host and hostess marked the termination of an interesting year of musical study.
