RECOVERY OF BODIES MASS FOR VICTIMS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, December 24. The bodies of three workmen were found this morning in tlio debris of the Vatican Library, the roof of which collapsed yesterday afternoon. The body of Professor Vattasso was extricated during tho night. A later message states that the body of another workman has been discovered in the debris of the > Vatican Library. The Pope, who is distressed, said mass for the victims. Many of the greatest treasures have been saved, but it is feared that 15,000 books have been destroyed. In the meantime all research work is paralysed.
