NEW SUBMARINE LAUNCHED.—The submarine Swordfish, the first of the three such vessels authorised in the 1932 naval estimates, was successfully launched at the Chatham dockyard last month. The ceremony was performed by Lady Tyrwhitt, wife of Admiral Sir Reginald Tyrwhitt, Commander-in-Chief at the Nore.
