SELECTION OF TEST TEAMS LONDON, April 28. (Received April 29, at 11.30 a.iu.) The Cricket Board of Control has appointed Messrs “ Plum ” Warner, P. A. Perrin, and T. A. Higson as Marylebone’s Sub-committee to select England’s test match teams, acting for two years instead of one year. They may co-opt two professionals—one from the north and one from the south —to assist in the choice of the teams, the first duty being to choose England’s side against New Zealand at Lord’s on June 27. No committeeman may contribute to the Press.
