Harris, Ltd., submitted at auction to-day freehold properties in the estate of Barbara Austin (deceased). The freehold and shop known as No. 177 King Edward street, close to Cargill Corner, was sold to Mr Friedlander for £B3O. (Received April 28, at 12.55 p.m.) Zinc fell on the London Metal Exchange by 7s Gd to £212 Gs per ton, a new low record. Tin fell £3 to £IOB, the year’s lowest price. KAITANGATA COAL CO. The Kaitangata Coal Company Ltd. reports having had a very successful year and is paying a dividend of Is Gd per share next month. The shares are £1 shares paid to IGs, so that the dividend of 74 per cent, means that shareholders will receive a return of nearly 10 per cent, on their money. LONDON WHEAT MARKET.
