There are 1,500 _ artesian wells in London, each of which saves its owner at least £2OO a year in water rates, that at the Bank of England saves no less than £O,OOO yearly. There are 570 separate electricitv undertakings in Britain. All these will be scrapped and replaced by thirty great stations, producing electricity at a far more economical rate.
