ABOLITION OF COMPULSION FEDERAL CABINET'S DECISION Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CANBERRA, November 1. (Received November 1, at 10.15 a.m.) The Federal Cabinet lias decided to take immediate stops for the suspension of compulsory military training and the holding of camps. It was suggested that some form of volunteer corps might bo instituted to replace the present system.
