The pupils of the above studio will appear in their annual recital, ‘Dance Revels,’ at His Majesty’s Theatre on Wednesday, December 12, assisted by Miss Muriel Eagar, Mr Reg. Richards, Mr Norman Scurr, and Mr Bert Rayment’s Dance 1 Orchestra; whilst Miss Daphne Stokes is musical directress. Quite one of the most novel scenes will be ‘ St. Clair Beach,’ the youngest performer in which is four years of age. The Spanish ensemble (Maszkowski’s Spanish dances) is a very, spirited number, and is followed by . a classical Spanish solo. Miss Gladys Crossan and her partner (Mr Elliot Thornton) will feature the ‘ Diackbottom,’ assisted by a troupe of eight. The programme is a most interesting one, and should bo enjoyed by all.
