THE NANKING INCIDENT AGREEMENT SIGNED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SHANGHAI, August 10. The agreement covering the Nanking incident has been signed by Britain and China. Sir Sidney Barton, the British Consul-General at Shanghai, journeyed specially to Nanking for the purpose. Dr Wang, the Nationalist Minister tor Foreign Affairs, reported that Sir Sidney Barton had discussed the revision ol the Singo British treaties. The text of the agreement has not oeen published yet.—Australian Press Association.
