This decision applies to all the States, and will seriously affect oversea and interstate shipping, and delay the shipment of wool and wheat. Serious developments are expected. A message from Melbourne states that the Stevedores’ Association has decided to fall into line with the Waterside Workers’ Federation, and not work overtime.
