MISHAP AT TARGET PRACTICE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, November 20. The cruiser Marseillaise was firing at a target off Toulon when two shells hit the hospital in Giens. The mishap was attributed to the cruiser tossing in the storm.
