MUTUAL CONFIDENCE CROWING OPENING OP PARLIAMENT. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, November 18. The Cairo correspondent of ‘ The Times’ says that King Fuad, at the opening of Parliament, emphasised that Anglo-Egyptian relations were most friendly, and mutual confidence was daily growing stronger. Zaghlul Pasha was re-elected President of the Chamber. He said he prayed that the Almighty would help Parliament to safeguard the Constitution and preserve; the country from intrigues. It whs noticeable that students greeted tho King as ho was driving to Parliament with pro-Zagh-lulist cries, suggesting that the Wafdists are reviving. The students’ activities were formerly an outstanding feature of their political organisation.
