WHEAT, FLOUR, ETC. LONDON, November 18. Wheat cargoes are steadier on the favorable coal outlook and pessimistic Argentine weather news, and despite the lower American reports and increased Australian estimates. Parcels are quiet and occasionally higher. Liverpool futures—December 3ls 41d, March 10s did. The spot trade is quiet and tending in buyers’ favor. Flounis dull. Oats arid beans are quiet, and peas are steady. ANTWERP WOOL SALES. LONDON, November 18. A*t the Antwerp wool sales 4,610 bales were offered, but only 150 were sold. The attendance was poor, and prices were unchanged. • BRADFORD TOPS. LONDON, November 18. The Bradford tops market is steady but cautious, and prices are firm. Quotations: Sixty-four’s quality 45R3, sixties 43d, fifty-sixes Olid, fifties 26d, forty-sixes 21d, forties 20d. P. AND 0. SHARES. LONDON, November 18. P. and 0. shares are quoted at £252.
