Reserved judgment was given by the Chief Justice in the Supreme Court in the case in which Patrick Brick claimed £BOO from the Stewart Timber, Company as compensation for injuries received as the result of an accident in June last year. Plaintiff had his leg fractured as the result of logs tailing from a broken sling.
