CONSPIRACY AGAINST ORDER GOVERNMENT TAKES ACTION. Pr«ea Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 17. “ There is no doubt that a conspiracy has been formed to subvert order in the Free State,” said President Cosgrave when introducing a Bill in the Dail Eiroann giving the Government drastic powers. He declared it was evident that there was some centre from which instructions were issued to carry out raids ou a certain day, when the telegraph wires were cut and trees felled to block tho roads. The conspiracy had to be countered without delay. REPUBLICAN LEADERS ARRESTED. LONDON, November 17. [The Free State arrested on April 7, 1925, the “ Irish De Wet,” General Bofin, an ex-British officer, who had evaded capture since 1923, when he proclaimed a miniature republic at Roscommon in the mountains. He married during tho siege on his stronghold, spent his honeymoon in a cave, and escaped through the cordon with his bride. The Free State, authorities subsequently released Bofin.]
