CONSOLIDATION OF RELATIONS. Press Association—Bj Telegraph—CopyrightODESSA, November 15. (Received November 16, at 1.30 a.m.) Tewfik Bey and M. Tchitcheren had a friendly discussion. Afterwards Tewfik stated that the relations between Russia and Turkey were more than friendly —they were fraternal. The meeting had resulted in a new consolidation of the relations between Turkey and the Union of Soviet Republics.
